Electric High-Speed Flanging Machine

After welding, the conveying mechanism automatically feeds the drum body into the machine. Once detected, the equipment lifts the drum body, and one side of the flanging disc moves forward to perform flanging at both ends of the drum. After completion, it automatically retracts, and once in position, the lifting mechanism lowers the drum body. The conveying system simultaneously removes the finished drum and feeds the next one into the process.
Powered by electric motors, the flanging machine requires no hydraulics, resulting in fewer malfunctions and faster, more stable operation.
Servo-Driven High-Speed Beading Machine

The movement of the beading head is controlled by servo motors, eliminating hydraulic systems for fast, precise, and flexible operation with fewer failure points and enhanced stability. The beading force is driven entirely by electric motors, completely removing hydraulic components.
The drum body is conveyed via a chain to the beading station. Upon detection, the equipment lifts the drum body, and the beading head advances under servo drive to perform stiffening. After forming, the working head automatically retracts, and the lifting mechanism lowers the drum body. The conveyor simultaneously removes the completed drum and feeds the next one into the process.
Servo-Driven High-Speed Corrugation Machine

The corrugation machine uses servo-controlled motion for the working head’s in-and-out movement, eliminating hydraulics for rapid, accurate, and smooth operation with improved reliability and stability. Vertical motion for corrugation is powered by electric motors, fully replacing hydraulic systems.
The conveying system automatically feeds the drum body into the machine. Upon detection, the equipment lifts the drum body to the correct height. The corrugating head then advances under servo control to the preset position, automatically completing the corrugation or W-bead rolling. Afterward, the head retracts automatically, the lifting mechanism descends, and the conveyor simultaneously removes the finished drum while feeding the next one into the process.
Internal Wiping and Internal Blowing Machine

The production line includes internal wiping and internal dust-blowing machine, which effectively clean the interior of the drum body.
Automatic Lid Feeding Machine

The automatic lid feeder comprises a conveying rack, lifting device, and transfer mechanism. Operators place lids and bottoms onto the conveying rack, which are then lifted and transferred to both sides of the drum body. A lid assembly unit lifts the lid and completes the installation onto the drum body before moving it to the sealing machine.
An optional automatic lid and bottom wiping device can be added to reduce labor intensity and improve lid cleanliness.
Mechanical Sealing Machine

The conveying system delivers the drum body and lid together into the sealing machine, where they are pressed and sealed. The sealing machine features a latest-generation cam-based structure, ensuring high stability and efficiency. Two units are installed: one for sealing standard and high-definition closed-end drums, and another for sealing drums after internal coating.
Leak Testing Machine

Two leak testers are integrated along the main production line, used respectively for testing weld seams of drum sleeves and final leakage checks after sealing.
External Wiping Machine

Used to wipe the assembled and formed drums. Two to three units may be configured. After wiping, conventional externally painted drums proceed to the painting stage.
Rear Section Equipment

This equipment is designed for painting and drying 208L steel drums with thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 mm.
