Automatic Food Can Production Line
The production line is suitable for the automatic production of 0.1L to 5L three -pieces food can. total powder: approx.100KW,total floor space: 350㎡ .total length:approx.50 meters. total manpower: 3-4 people. Production capacity: 300-650cpm.Food tin can’s height range: 60-270mm. Food tin can’s diameter range:52-165mm
Technical flow: cutting the tin sheet to blank—rounding—welding—inner and outer coating (inner powder coating and outer coating)-drying-cooling conveying-necking-flanging/beading/seaming-leak testing-packaging
What is a three-pieces food can?
It consists of three parts(most of them are tinplate):the bottom , can body and the lid. The can usually has the beading and necking process. Diameter: 52-165mm height : 60-270mm
Working processof automatic three-pieces food can production line
The first is to put the sheet to a fully automatic resistor welding machine, and from the vacuum suction device to the inlet rolling axis, the single -piece sheet is sent to the roller through the feeding roller to the roll volume rolls. The round shaft is rolled, and then enters the molding device and rolls into a cylindrical tank. The can body is sent to a resistor welding seam machine, and the resistance welding is performed accurately. After welding, the can body is automatically sent to the coating rack. The coating is mainly used to prevent the welding place from contacting the air from the air to cause rust. After the completion , the can body will come to the drying process. The can body is sent to the neck station by holding the can. After completing the neck station, the can body is sent to the next combination machine through the conveyor belt, flanging/beading /sealing can be completed. The can body that completes all processes will be detected by visual detection. After accurate inspection , unqualified products will be detected. Qualified products will come to the packaged workbench for the final packaging.
